My hope is that the guy gets the cards, sees that they're ungraded or have the wrong IDs on them, wins his case and gets a set of beta power and his money back.
Also an unmanned plane hits the house of whoever posted the auction.
This kept happening to some of the Korean cards I would post in this thread which is why I keep taking my photos down a day or two after I post.

If you are worried about people taking your pictures why not just watermark them or put not for sale somewhere on the picture?

Would that make this card still worth what I paid for it or worth less than if original artist had signed it. Just want to know if I should send it back or keep it.
Usually, Garfield signed is worth more than the card without signature and less than the card signed by the artist. The gap between Garfield signed and artist signed depends on the rarity of the artists signature. In your case, I'd think that the Venters signature would be a good chunk more than Garfields.
Well, the card itself is worth $4 and neither of the suspects are dead or particularly recluse (except maybe Garfield), so it boils down to "do you like signatures?" and "are you mad that someone sent you a signed copy without saying it's signed?".
