Well, if you get to Thopter+Sword + Kelch der Leere people, that's all that matters. It seems like 2000 people decided to play UR judging by the coverage.

Went 6-3 with dredge, losing the last match because i kept the worst hand in the world. I don't know what i was thinking: 3 faithless looting, 2 cephalid coliseum, 1 cabal therapy, 1 ichorid

Just showed this to Julian. He confirms.

    Just kidding ;p

Not too suprising - UWR SFM decks are the best choice for that kind of meta.

I assume the Jund list was Punishing Jund, which should also perform very well against such a meta. He probably got lucky on the matches and dodged bullets like combo. He should chew up those top UWR Stoneblade deck as well.

If he doesn't get unlucky for the rest of the day, he might be our token non-Brainstorm deck in the Top 8.

If it wasn't for that asian guy rocking "that" Landstill, Delver variant wouldn't exist nowadays- as far as I know he's the creator of the original Canadian Threshold with David Caplan back in the day (they're both canadians)

The deck is the serious shit. Snare, Stifle, Factory, Standstill, Cruise, Dig AND Sudden Shock? Tons of old-school class mixed with modernity!

Good to know about the player, his name seemed familiar.
