I went 6-3, bubbling in the 9th round. I was on a deck that one opponent called "BUG Delver without Delvers." Really, it was a BUG Walkers control deck with DRS as my only creature, if anyone played against me.
I scrubbed pretty hard in Round 9 due to stupidity and exhaustion in Game 1. Sad way to get knocked out. :(
I finished 6-3 with GWb Maverick.
Promptly went 0-2 after two byes (UR Delver and Sneak & Show) then rattled off four in a row before a loss to BUG Delver. I misplayed pretty badly in the BUG Delver match in game two but I learned a lesson.
Had a great time except for the very long time inbetween rounds.

Thanks. I actually felt very well positioned. I lost to UR Delver (Blood Moon, always going to be good vs. BUG), Sneak and Show (I knew my combo matchup wasn't great), and Death and Taxes (which should beat me).
I was able to face two Elves decks which was basically a Bye each time and felt very comfortable with every matchup. I still think the deck is great and I will continue to play it, as my other favorite archetype (OmniTell) feels wrong for the meta right now.
Anyone remember the name of the dealer with the box full of $0.50 foreign crack? Finally found a Russian Treefolk Harbinger there and now I'm seriously jonesing for the rest of the set.
Oh and Russian Children of Korlis too. Nothing like getting a judge called for a card in a foreign language that gets judges called in English.
I think the biggest thing is the deep seeded emotional understanding that the right play is the right play regardless of outcomes. The ability to make a decision 5 straight times, lose 5 times because of it, and still make it the 6th time if it's the right play. - Jon Finkel

Went 11-4 with UWR Delver, good for 110th Place. Oddly I played against only 2 Treasure Cruise decks. 4 Death and Taxes and 3 Elves decks though.

This is what I played at GP NJ, my opponent didn't like it when I Mental Mistepped his Hierarch turn one :3
I wanted to have a round 1 no show and make my round 2 opp think I made it through round 1 with a vintage deck. lol

1. Knowing the right people.
2. Have the money
Not one or the other, but both.

Ran Dredge, went 5-3. Saw basically the opposite hate cards than what I was expecting. Strange.
