Not compared to some of the deck threads. But still, really long for a tournament.

There are still Proxies allowed, right?

Um... as far as the first page of the thread says, yes Proxies are still allowed at 2$ a pop. (Maximum of 5). And additional cash is rewarded to T8 players without Proxies. Anyone want to Proxy basic lands with me?!

Just so everyone knows, I'll be holding "Beat the Herbig" side events for packs of Fallen Empires or basic land, your choice. I'm not bringing them though because I don't expect to have to pay out.

How about you pay people 10 cents everytime you make a mistake with Solidarity? Wait, this might be a bad idea because you'll go into debt to pay off even the first few games!

Given how extremely poor I am, this may not be a good idea. On a related note, what is everyone up to the night before? Our crew will be in town and probably down to hang out or something. Whats there to do in Stratford?

I don't think there is alot to do in Stratford. My dad was trying to find stuff to do to pass the time and he couldn't find much for the weekend, besides some museums.. and yeah enough said. If anybody knows of any way to be entertained the night before.. speak up!

Also, you should really be running a playset of engineered plagues against merfolks. They can dismantle tribal decks so run more of them.

While we are on the discussion of cool cards, does anyone happen to have a playset of alternate 4th Edition Uncle Istvans?

Some of the Virginians are looking for cheap lodging in CT. Does anyone go camping up there or have crash space at their pad?

Are you willing to pay a little money?? Because I know at the EconoLodge, a room is 56$ and it has two Queen Size Beds and a rollout cot on a sofa. If 5 or 6 people wanna split a room, thats less than 10 bucks a person, and everyone should sleep alright with the two beds and the roll out.

Less than a week until this event. Let's hear some predictions...who is gonna win. My money is on someone from Virginia versus someone from Mass in the finals.
