Ahem, Dwarven Miner. Also Dwarven Blastminer too, just in case.
"We are goblinkind, heirs to the mountain empires of chieftains past. Rest is death to us, and arson is our call to war."
That sucks, oh well. So, for something new, a better Lotus Petal that however need basics to be played, making it much less abusable:
Lotus Seed
Artifact
When you play a basic land from your hand, you may sacrifice Lotus Seed. If you do, add one mana of any color to your mana pool and scry 1.
You can find those beautiful flowers only in the wild, far from any civilization.
Chains of Purification
BB
enchantment
Cards can't be drawn by players except the first during his or her draw step.
Sacrifice Chains of Purification, pay 5 life: Destroy target artifact or enchantment.
Black will never touch artifacts or enchantments, doesn't matter how shitty a custom card is![]()
Oblivion Knight
Creature - Human Knight
When Oblivion Knight enters the battlefield, exile target nonland permanent an opponent controls until Oblivion Knight leaves the battlefield.

Stats and flying aside, why pro green and red? Shouldn't it be pro blue and uncounterable?
I like the keyword "Hostility against X" - the execution, not so much. How does your opponent know that you own blue cards in your hand/library? That seems problematic.
the same how morph works i guess. after the game you have to reval your library and sideboard, but if you have a better wording, post it.
and no, it needs protection form itself to have a clock in the mirror and uncounterable brainstorm would be way too strong. also it should trade with delver.
I would use something like the Epic wording, e.g. Enduring Ideal.
Hostility against Blue (For the rest of the game, if you play a blue spell or control a blue permanent, you lose the game.)
Not that I exactly like that kind of mechanic, but that sounds far more workable and is permanent effect.
The protection part still makes no sense to me, though.
Edit: Is that a GSZable Brainstorm?
Edit2: I also dislike that your opponent can gib you with a Painter, no matter the wording.
ok, maybe like this

The power level of those is ... problematic. Plunge Into Darkness or Lim-Dul's Vault + Wave of Unicorns. And Gruul Sprites is even more abusive.
Hostility is a neat idea though. Something like "When ~ EtB you can't play Blue spells for the rest of the game" seems fine to me (and if someone makes that ugly for you with Painter's Servant or Magical Hack, that's just a risk you're taking.)
I want WotC to make something like this, to help DnT fix its draws.
(Sorry for the childish artwork choice, but that's literally the only image I had around on this machine since it's been recently wiped. Don't let Dr. Mario touch your genitals, he's not a real doctor.)
Golgari Oracle
Creature - Zombie Shaman
At the beginning of each upkeep, you may exile a nonblack, nongreen card in a graveyard. If you do, scry 1, put a +1/+1 counter on Golgari Oracle and lose 1 life.

The future can be found in the grave.
Cool concept, although I'd like it better if it operated with nonblue cards instead.
How about this rough concept:
Scry Shaman
Creature - Human Shaman
: Exile target card from a graveyard. If it was a nonblue card, scry 1.
1/2
The nonblue part (it's a green card, after all, which hates blue) along with theactivation cost should prevent major abuse in blue decks. It's also a GSZ target.
Maybe?
Bone Shaman
Creature - Skeleton Shaman
, exile target creature from a graveyard: choose one:
- scry 1
- regenerate
- +1/+1 until EOT
For him, seeing the future it's just a matter of asking his old friends
1/1
All three effects are both green and black, it's interesting to see those two colors overlap so much.
Also flavorful cantrips with upsides for other colors!
