Not sure if I would call it enabler of the deck, as Omniscience was a deck before it existed. It definitely benefits the deck that it can be used pre-combo or post-cobmo, so it's not a dud in hand, which is a Show and Tells deck biggest and most basic problem. Anyhow, format or SCD should not be held in this thread, so lets refrain from doing so without posting something regarding pimped out Legacy cards.

Even duals? I have yet to see a deck that exclusively used summer duals (I don't even think I've seen a deck with them), much less full set of 40 summer duals.
IIRC, his bolts were the Judge Foil ones but without the text in them. But yup Kird Apes were Summer.
So were the Taiga's.
IIRC Occum has 3 Summer Tropical Island's and the joke was if he got the 4th he could sell them for an actual tropical island.
