Does the positioning of DRS's right hand (the one below the floating skull) look off to anyone else? The way it is positioned looks unnatural, like it's contorted. The left side of the hand and pinky finger should be more open to the viewer...

The print is sweet though, I'm just picking nits.

Now that you point it out I see it, but it's not "off" like the MtG Origins Jace. I think it's just that the shadows and the fact that you can't see his thumb make it awkward.

Keeping the thumb out of view definitely adds visual confusion because the brain is looking for one and wants to make the index finger into it. I assume the thumb is positioned in a manner similar to how it would look if you supported a basketball using only the tips of your fingers and thumb.

While Steve does some great work, it is clear that fingers are something that he doesn't do very well.

You can see in this image the very odd angle that Liliana's pointer finger is at.

Jesus Christ. Not just the index finger. She's got fukken man hands. Look at the size of those scoops!

Edit: The positioning is also awkward. It's like her hands went numb and she can't bend her fingers.

Or feet. He's the Rob Liefield of Magic art. Actually Jung Park joked at GP Vegas whilst he was signing my giant pile of Russian Inkmoths he only wants lands now ... "no feet, no hands". It's pretty much a joke, take a photoshop turd, polish it, re color it and shit it back to WotC. The whole thing makes me respect guys like RKF so much more.

Top 2 things that happened in Vegas.

    1. I finally met O'Brien
    2. This

Sadly it couldn't stick around... I'll post what I actually kept from the GP. Nothing too fancy, but some might enjoy.

EDIT: In the background, you see a stack of Matt's Beta Duals and Summer Basics

What it takes to be a pimp:
    1. Knowing the right people.
    2. Have the money
Not one or the other, but both.

This was a fun story to hear from both sides of the transaction. Thanks for sharing Travis.

I'm happy we could experience this together. Was pretty funny :)

Quite unfortunate BGS can't grade anymore of the cities, or at least there lack of willingness to get authentication from wizards. Either way, that's a beautiful test print. Is it magic backed or is it one of the white backs?

    Semi related.

The test print engineered explosives, who knows how many exist and who owns them? Im very interested in this information.

2 of each rare exist, thus 2 ee. One was and probably still is in Singapore. No idea about the other one.

Occam is unlikely to give his up. He bought his for high 4, low 5 digits if I recall. I'll ask him since I haven't seen him around here in a while.
