I had sent you a message a while back about jon when he got his first auto-loss, but I can't find it anymore because I recently cleared out my mailbox to make room.
Anyway, the ruling with jon is that, in the interest of wanting him to come back, he's in until he blocks further progress. If he doesn't come back by the time you would have another potential match (deadline of which is at the end of this round at the latest) he gets the boot and you move forward free of charge. But since you'd still be waiting on the results of Holo_rip vs bigbobbobber anyway, there's no point in kicking him quite yet.

Sorry, it wasn't my intention to nag him. I just wanted to avoid a situation in which he comes back from his (now confirmed) tilt and gets told that he's been dropped even though he still theoretically has enough time to duke it out.
