Beautiful deck, and good nostalgia. Thanks for posting that. Also, I miss the days when you could play standard with little-to-no rares. Now you need 50%+ of your deck to be bomby rares/mythics.

It's such a shame UG madness isn't available in modern. It seems like the perfect home for the deck and people would go nuts. Even just having the core pieces would be awesome.

Simplified Chinese 5th was printed after the release of 5th edition, this was the first time the two dialects were printed in tandem. There's no real information on size of print runs (that I'm aware of) but one could extrapolate by the re-release of Korean in M12 and it's subsequent shortage from being printed after the initial release of M12 that S-Chinese is indeed more rare than Korean 5th. It's not as impossible to find though and it doesn't seem to really carry a premium over other 5th edition languages.

Ask around, Librarities/MCM/Facebook Non-English group.

They are rare but part of that is also due to the low demand. I guarantee there's plenty out there that are just not posted due to the lack of interest in Chinese. I never thought I'd see as many 5th Korean Brainstorms for sale as I do now, stuff just comes out of the woodwork once people know there's a demand for it.

I could have either made the deck with grimey played revised cards and thrown them in an Ice Age starter deck so it looked period and then played the deck without sleeves(which is what I did) or tracked down beautiful beta and antiquities copies of everything and played the deck in sleeves which I did not do.

Next to work on turbo stasis.

Love this! I have something similar flying around here also but with some "Meistermeuchler" and "Hexenkönigin". Also im missing some Lake of the Dead
