It looks to me that Retreat to Coralhelm has the makings of a winner in Modern and possibly Legacy. But omg, what a time sink with Sensei's Divining Top.
"Anyone who is capable of getting themselves made President should on no account be allowed to do the job."
"Politicians are like diapers. They should be changed often and for the same reason."
"Governing is too important to be left to people as silly as politicians."
"Politicians were mostly people who'd had too little morals and ethics to stay lawyers."
One thing to keep in mind is that, with Kessig, you're looking at four colors. That might be pretty tough to manage considering the majority of them must be Forests or Plains. If you can get it to work though, that's the makings of a really solid combo. Maybe splash blue just for the Retreat?

I would run 4 Retreat to Coralhelm. The first one turns your lands into scry so you can dump extras and dig for KOTR.
This one becomes very easy to flip with Retreat to Coralhelm
Any other tools?
There's an amusing four card infinite loop in Modern now.
Azorius Chancery
Ruin Ghost
Retreat to Coralhelm
Amulet of Vigor
For maximum troll value, add in any Landfall trigger to have ALL OF THE TRIGGERS. One of the few decks to actually have more triggers than Four Horsemen.
EDIT: I wonder if anyone can spot the odd card out in that set-up?
I know you're talking about Modern with KotR + Retreat to Coralhelm, but haha that's THE biggest Path to Exile target e-v-e-r. "ohshi, Path the 21/21, hey you don't get a lands? fail to find? man that sucks, i tried to make up for it and but now, now i just i feel bad for you"
I mean I'd still play it, but
Blighted Cataract
Land
T: Add 1.
5U, T, Sac: Draw two.
Uncommon
According to the name and number crunch, this could be part of a cycle of "Blighted [X]" lands, presumably showing places that have devastated by the Eldrazi.
As for this one in particular, the draw activation is steep, but it could be interesting with Life from the Loam or Crucible of Worlds. Comparing it to the cycling lands: it draws more than one card and comes into play untapped, but costs considerably more and only produces colorless, so you can't play it in an emergency to generate colored mana. Still, there's room for the other entries in this cycle to be good.
Yeah, though there are a lot of viable counters and techy stuff like Sejiri Steppe available.
Yeah, this one is probably not so good (although I would have been stoked to have something like this five years ago when I was still heavily brewing Loam decks), but there's room for there to be a cycle of Blighted X lands. In particular, if the green one generates tokens or the black one causes life loss, they could be interesting in Lands or Aggro Loam as one-ofs.
