I would start with Philipp's list from last year, and then tweak the 75 (especially the sideboard) to your needs

    Artifacts
    4 Sensei's Divining Top

    Creatures
    3 Snapcaster Mage

    Enchantments
    4 Counterbalance

    Instants
    4 Brainstorm
    2 Counterspell
    4 Force of Will
    4 Swords to Plowshares

    Planeswalkers
    3 Jace, the Mind Sculptor

    Sorceries
    1 Council's Judgment
    2 Entreat the Angels
    4 Ponder
    4 Terminus

    Lands
    4 Island
    2 Plains
    2 Arid Mesa
    4 Flooded Strand
    4 Scalding Tarn
    3 Tundra
    2 Volcanic Island

    Sideboard:
    2 Engineered Explosives
    2 Rest in Peace
    1 Counterspell
    1 Disenchant
    2 Flusterstorm
    1 Pyroblast
    2 Red Elemental Blast
    2 Vendilion Clique
    1 Keranos, God of Storms
    1 Council's Judgment

    +++My Dig Through Time changes+++

I think I'll be replacing one Surgical Extraction with Rest in Piece (It's not hitting us that hard anymore) and
replace 2x Ethersworn Canonist with 2x Containment Priest as I'm expecting more Show and Tell and Reanimator.

    I cut down:
2x Pyroblast in the Maindeck for 2x Spell Pierce,
2x Dig Through Time for 1x Jace (3x total) and +1x Council's Judgement (I'm expecting more Liliana of the Veil, True-Name Nemesis).

and Karakas Maindeck seems good again since Sneak>Omni again and I guess there will be more Death and Taxes (Thalia).

I might also cut down the 1x Izzet Staticaster in the SB since Young Pyromancer got nerfed.

I think i will miss a bit casting Dig, it was just so powerful. Still obviously nice to get it banned and looking forward to play a normal nondegenerate miracles list again, with its 4xswords, no main fucking rebs, 4xislands... Ah, feels good to be back to 2 entreat vs nonblue decks.

Now that SnS will be the go-to autopilot combo deck, I agree that there's no reason to run 2 Canonists in the board. But Storm is still a threat, as is the leftover Omnitell, so we can go back to a 1:1 split of Canonist:Priest. I wouldn't register a deck without at least 1 Canonist. Card is very strong in the MUs that she is brought in for.

mm I don't play 1x cards unless I have a way to tutor them or they jusy accompany a bigger shaped strategy

    I might drop Meddling Mage for a 2/2 Canonist/Priest

The list I will be testing, post-Dig is:

    4x Strand, 4x Tarn, 2x Mesa
    3x Tundra, 2x Volcanic, 4x Island, 2x Plains (21 lands in total)

3x Snapcaster Mage, 1x Vendilion Clique

    2x Jace, the Mind Sculptor

    4x Terminus, 4x Swords to Plowshares, 1x Council's Judgement

    4x Ponder, 4x Brainstorm, 4x Sensei's Divining Top

    2x Entreat the Angels

4x Counterbalance, 4x FoW, 1x Red Elemental Blast, 1x Counterspell

    Sideboard:
3x Monastery mentor, 1x Vendilion Clique
2x Flusterstorm, 1x REB, 1x Blue Elemental Blast
1x Rest in Piece, 1x Blood Moon, 1x Pithing Needle, 1x Engineered Explosives
    1x Pyroclasm, 2x Wear // Tear

I'll be metagaming for the mirror as well as Sneak and Show, and a little Delver/D&T.

    Re: [DTB] Miracle Control

if DNT is really back we're gonna see many more TNN and BUG decks as well as Massacre, Golgari Charm and Dread of Night.

Angels can be our best kill condition back. It also allows to play Sulfur Elemental dor DnT and Mentor Miracle

We have to consider the return of Sinkhole, Hymn to Tourach and Stifle strategies around..

Abrupt Decay is a 4x again. Do we start playing Meddling Mage dedicated to it? It can be strong agaibst storm as well.

There will never be room for Mage/Canonist/Priest in the SB..

Seriously, for how long have you played Miracles?

this guy once suggested me (not so long ago) that multiple counterbalances in play without top is great because abrupt decay exists.
    controls

  15. #8655

    Re: [DTB] Miracle Control

exactly.. he needs to find a second Decay to be effective. In certain situations (like against storm decks) a double Counterbalance seals the deal.

Guys, I win quite often honestly. Can you suggest me a better online place to play?
May be where I play they are very bad.

    Thanks

    Do you play on cocka?

  17. #8657

    Re: [DTB] Miracle Control

    I do

    Re: [DTB] Miracle Control

So with dig/main deck pyroblast gone and the likely increase of bug I feel like Jace is better now and would bump it up to 3 again. Opinions?

    Re: [DTB] Miracle Control

Also seems like a sweet time for keranos if bgx is on the rise

Did you play against Omni pre-Dig? It's not very good. And while Canonist is nice against Storm, it's already a positive matchup. Against both decks, you're fine with the normal sideboard options (Flusterstorm, Clique, REB against Omni, and Grave hate against ANT).
