A pimper's dilemma:

I ordered what I thought was a FBB Japanese Sylvan Library from TokyoMTG for my 4c Loam deck for the price of $65 which I thought was kinda high but whatever, it said condition NM/M. Just now I got the shipment confirmation and it turns out the card was a Korean FBB Sylvan Library, which explains the price. I [s]need[/s] want Japanese FBB for the deck, but Korean is pimper. I don't have too many funds so let's say right now I don't want to buy a Japanese FBB Library.

WWYD? Sell the Korean to fund a Japanese one + extra cash left over? Or keep the Korean, save up for a Japanese one?

Agree with Slosh here. I don't own many old Korean cards but those I do have I use interchangeably with my predominantly Japanese collection. They look awesome together - just don't get me started on new Korean I can't stand the font they use.

Thanks as well to you and the others for having such a great selection of cards. First time I've ever seen a Russian Jace or Goyf in person and the misprint Brainstorm was amazing. At the same time I also hate you guys for having such great cards since I spent more than I planned to. I was the one that bought the playset of Korean Snapcasters. I think you were the one that sold them to me. I may have also bought a Korean Flippy Jace earlier in the weekend from you guys. The foreign card selection from the other dealers was lacking.

I should have asked you about some more unique cards I was looking at picking up over the weekend, but you were usually busy at the booth.
I had my friend come to you to sell his "miscut" (his words, not mine) bayou, thanks for letting him down easy, he didn't seem to want to listen to me. Lol.

The only thing that I would change is that beta disenchant for a TS foil japanese one. Or get beta counterspells (I think this is the best option).
Guru lands don't really match the beta/foil jap deck, but who cares, they don't look bad.

If they do not print land cycles like expeditions, imo they will escalate quickly.

Well if you want to go ham you can go for full foil russian (if possible).

I personally dislike it and i dont really want to spend so much on cards i play (but i approve spending way more on card you dont play) but if you really want to go big you can easily ramp up a legacy tier to a 50k value going russian, for example blue fetches are between 10k and 15k already.
