We are an extremely awkward MU for Show and Tell. Isn't it wonderful? Glad to see you did well!

I went 5-1 today at Docking Bay for the weekly South Florida Magic Legacy tournament. 3 of the matches were on stream.

This is the list I used today, it's very similar to the ones you all have posted on here.

    I played:

    eldrazi 2-0
    eldrazi 1-2
    Burn 2-1
    Dredge 2-1 Games 2 and 3 here

Eldrazi (same deck I lost to in the swiss) 2-0 Watch it here
Green Taxes 2-0 You can watch the finals here

It's a really fun and explosive deck. I feel that I got very lucky dodging blue decks and somehow beat dredge. Im no expert with the deck but I loved the worldspine worm and would almost be tempted to add more in the deck. I had a turn 1 worm today and that was pretty cool.

    Gratz for the tournament!

What do you think of Godo+Batterskull in place of Wurmcoil engine? Batterskull is more resiliant to removal, but it's softer vs anglers/goyfs. Equipped Godo however is a beast, and in general it's better at racing being able to race with 14 damage and 14 heal each turn (plus it stay untapped for block).

    Congrats on the tournament!

As for godo and batterskull. It's something I've been kicking around and suggested Jeff to try it on stream. I think it's better cause of its resilience to removal as you said. I think it comes down to the meta though.

Congrats! My list looks fairly similar to yours, though a few more non-legendary creatures because Karakas is everywhere in my meta.

I was wondering how you like your sideboard without Rabblemaster? What do you do for Miracles?

    SB for reference:
    2 Defense Grid
    3 Faerie Macabre
    3 Pyroclasm
    3 Shattering Spree
    4 Trinisphere

Karakas isn't usually a problem with blood moon + sneak attack with extra mana.

I've been having pretty good luck against miracles. Second two games you can put pyroclasm in for Mentor/Containment also. Usually I SB this.

    +2 Defense Grid
    -2 Blood Moon

Thanks! Do you bring in all the Pyroclasms and all the Shattering Sprees or ONLY sideboard those two cards?

Usually if I see a containment priest game 2 I will sideboard this for game 3. Shattering Spree is bad.

    +2 Defense Grid
    +2 Pyroclasm
    -1 Seething
    -3 Blood Moon

After trying Sire of insanity in reanimator, i really really want to play him in all-in red or something all-innish. The dude is possibly the strongest T1-T2 reanimating target possible, comparable only to Griselbrand imho. That card advantage is absurd. Too bad its casting cost fucking suck at making it close to uncastable in all-in red.

Kinda dies When you discard your hands. It works in reanimator because it doesn't plan on doing anything else the rest of the game and the Sire sticks around.

    Hey guys,

Any love for the Red Vessel in BigRed?
Looks kinda neat to drop this early and 'harvest the benefits later' when in the dire need of hardcasting Titan or dropping a daze proof Sneak Attack or Blood Moon for instance...

    It's a terrible card.

    Reanimator :

    - 4 seething song
    +4 Trinisphere
    - 2 Griselbrand
    + 2 Goblin Rabblemaster

*reasoning: They're operating on 1-2 land very often. 3 ball is pretty devastating. Griselbrand is a liability if it hits the yard because they can reanimate it. Rabble is just a clock

    Death & Taxes:

    -3 Griselbrand
    + 1 Chandra Flamecaller
    + 2 Pyroclasm
+ any artifact hate you may have (optional)
    - Wurm or Emmy

Pyro is self explanatory. Same with chandra. I would try to jam big dumb guys rather than rely on sneak entirely. Inferno titan, Chalice, & chandra are your best friends in this MU. I side out griselbrand because some of their hatebears make me not draw cards.

    Grixis Delver

    -4 seething song
+ 2 Magus of the Moon
    + 2 Trinisphere

Hard to FOW through a 3 ball. harder to daze when all your lands are mountains

    Shardless:

    -4 seething songs
    + 2 Magus
    + 2 Pyroclasm

Moons turn off their deck accept for DRS. Bring in extra burn for them

Re: Big Red (Mono-R Sneak Attack)

    Greetings.

Last night I played a version of this and went undefeated at my lgs. Technically split finals, but we played it out after we split and I won anyway.

    List is as follows:

    3 Emrakul, the Aeons Torn
    3 Worldspine Wurm
    3 Inferno Titan
    3 Wurmcoil Engine

    4 Simian Spirit Guide
    4 Seething Song
    4 Lotus Petal

    4 Through the Breach
    4 Sneak Attack

    4 Blood Moon
    4 Chalice of the Void
    1 Chandra, Flamecaller

    4 Ancient Tomb
    4 City of Traitors
    6 Mountain
    5 Red Fetches

    Sb:
    4 Leyline of the Void
    3 Shattering Spree
    4 Kozilek's Return
    4 Trinisphere

Rd 1: Junk Elves, but not Natural Order Elves.
Rd 2: Landstill, RiP Energy Field Helm combo.
Rd 3: Lands, usual Dark Depths combo.
Rd 4: Affinity, guy said it was mostly his modern build with a few Legacy legal cards.

I don't have the play by play, since I didn't write it down, but I do remember some sideboard choices were pretty funny. Sided out Sneak Attack × 4 for a match because I knew opponent has 64826 Enlightened Tutors and ran Pithing Needle main. That was fun, hardcasting Inferno Titan to kill his Ethersworn Canonist AND his Peacekeeper in the same turn, which let my Wurmcoil drill into his face instead of durdle around on the table.

Also, I was kinda in a rut, because I started playing this, or at least my version of it, for about 3 weeks now, winning literally no games. I was about to shelve this and play a different deck, but I gave it one last go, and went undefeated. So, it's put me in a place where I don't know what to do now.

And, I'm thinking Ingot Chewer instead of Shattering Spree, specifically against DnT. All those Thorn effects add up, and Chewer doesn't care.

What's the SB plan for miracles?
