I think Sheoldred, Whispering One, Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur, and Blightsteel Colossus might be in line before those.
I think the biggest thing is the deep seeded emotional understanding that the right play is the right play regardless of outcomes. The ability to make a decision 5 straight times, lose 5 times because of it, and still make it the 6th time if it's the right play. - Jon Finkel

Am I blind? new art seems generic, forgetable and unexciting to me so far... Chrome mox is a decent follower of the cycle though... Vampiric Tutor would be so cool if it was from the POV of the guy cutting his arm on the original card... I'm also surprised they use the art of judge foils and make new for stuff like Animate dead and Control Magic
Well Blightsteel is a pretty poor reanimation target, and gives no shits about Karakas.
I could see the other Praetors being included, but I'd much rather see them include only good cards without forcing a cycle to waste rare slots.
People were keen on more copies of Keiga and Kokusho in MM2, and boy were they happy to see Jugan, the Rising Star as their Mythic Rare.
We've only seen one Modern legal card at Rare or Mythic so far (Charbelcher). It looks like they are minimising the Modern stuff, presumably to save for MM17. I wouldn't expect Griselbrand or Elesh Norn or Blightsteel frankly. With Animate Dead as an Uncommon there will be fat reanimation targets but they will be old and mostly outdated ones that have been supplanted by the NWO (like Worldgorger) but at Rare and Uncommon so they will actually show up in a draft.
Kinda disappointed that Karakas is a mythic - I was hoping for a rare.

No update since then at the very least. I have no idea where you are getting your info.
I could see the Onslaught cycle of Arcanis, Rorix, Silvos, Visara, and whatever the white guy was coming at Rare.
I'm wracking my brain on what the other White Mythic will be. I'd love to see Ravages of War, but I think Armageddon is more likely. Only other things I could see are Land Tax or Lin Sivvi (with Rebels as a draft archetype). Is there a potently playable white card in any of the newer supplementary products that's not Containment Priest (because that's 90% in the set at rare)?
They haven't ruled out Dark Depths as far as we know (??); I could definitely see this being a good time to reprint it. I'm sure white weenie archetype will have small legends it may want to protect with Karakas, even non-white may have legends they want to be bounce-able. Time Spiral had a ton of pretty scary legends, not the least of which was Mangara.
