My 93/94 deck is pretty much complete now. I'm not going to upgrade the Tundra's and Volcanics to Unlimited (i've had these ones since 96), but everything else in the main deck is now done. Plateau's getting signed at columbus. Ironclaw Orcs over Pump knights and White Knights because trying to cast WW on time with a 94 mana base is actually super difficult, and can never happen turn one with out a pearl, where as the orcs can come down on turn one off of any mox.
Uthden Troll, Sedge Troll, and Granite Gargoyle are all quality red 3 drops in this format, but in this deck the curve is king, i don't need more 3 drops i need bears to beat down, and to come down early.
Someone post their buckets of EMA foils already, smh.

I have a question regarding pimping out basic lands. I'm going for all foil and don't want to use any full art cards so that eliminates the Unhinged Foils. What is the next best option? I like the Arena Beta Islands, but there isn't a great Arena Mountain or Plains I can use to complement them. Any suggestions?
Most people on here will say Gurus. But those are ugly af tbh. I think any Euro or APAC lands are leagues more visually-appealing than Gurus, which are only expensive because of their scarcity.
Alternatively, you can 1-up the Guru users (if value is what you're going for) with Summer lands.

Urza's because the text is a lot better than the symbol IMO.
I actually like urza's basics more than others but if you want foil I'd go with them.
If you want quality foiling you should look to newer lands which IMO are ugly with that stupid symbol only text box of shit.
I also bought 2 x Eternal Master Booster Boxes. This beauty came out of the 2nd one.

Man, Japanese and S-Chinese EMA product is going to be infinite money. Already foil Japanese Force of Wills are listed for $900+.

Are you English-only? Old-border Japanese foil lands look pretty sweet. Especially Invasion or 7th. Nobody can really hate on foil 7th (English or not).
I kind of like the art tbh. The real decision for me is whether to put up with the shitty hologram and get the new Chinese Forces or have my Alliances copies altered to Chinese now that we have an official translation.

Check out any set basic lands from Mercadian through Onslaught (7th edition, too). They will be old border foils. Also, check arena promos. There is urza's saga island and mountain. Not sure if there is a plains. Theres ice age foil swamp, island, and mountain too.
