Sideboard is done as well except for the Bayou I need to pick up at Chiba.

So, I'm getting ready to get my DnT pimped. I'm doing it nonfoil Japanese for the most part, but my Batterskull and Jitte are GP promo foils, leaving me with the thought of foiling out all the artifacts (I play 2 Mox Diamond, already foil). So now I'm looking for opinions, do I want FTV vials or Masterpiece vials, or do I scrap the idea and just leave everything nonfoil japanese and go OG Japanese on the vials?

OG non foil Japanese.
The purpose of any moat is to impede attack. Some are filled with water, some with thistles. Some are filled with things best left unseen.
Combining foil and non-foil is not wishful unless everything is foil (if possible).
Consistency is a thing. Promo's are not really a consideration next to non-foil Japanese.
The idea might sounds fun, but there is always the aspect of foil cards that slightly bend and stick out, making them "marked". So you'd (theoretically) be able to find your artifacts. So for those going partially foil, get enough variance in there to satisfy the judge.

I have a 71/75 foiled D&T deck. The non foils being Karakas (hate the Judge Promo and like the way my simple alter looks like on my Legends ones) and I can't tell when I'm going to draw one of them. Mainly due to double sleeving, and also I keep the cards in a semi-tight deck box.
I triple sleeve, I'm not worried about them looking different. I play only 4 foils in the list currently, and cannot tell at all. Also, I'm not so anal that having a few "different" cards in the mix. I'm not sure yet if I'll get my 3 Karakas altered or if I'll just get japanese ones from ema.

Colorless is the new blue

I don't think there's a general consensus about that. Many people say that they hate the big star in the textbox. But also the old border and the foil art is really cool (original old border foils didn't have foil art).
I used to have the dci ones and if you don't care about the big star they are awesome, really shiny compared to the ravnica ones.

He's actually about as low as he's ever really been. Nows a good time to buy.

I too like to live dangerously. Just the other day I had an open container on the same desk as my triple-sleeved Legacy deck.

These are spicy cards
