Hey Kevin, what decks are the top 8 playing? I know ELD is playing Ugbr NLU and I assume that Smelski is playing UWb Landstill...?

Tariq and ELD in the finals. Only took them about 1 1/2 hours. Not nearly as long as the last time there was a landstill mirror in top 8.

Michael Gesundheit is rockout & played Landstill (UWB I believe), Ben was Rgb Goblins, Jesse was Ug Merfolk, and Dan had Black Zoo (Red Death with green?) lots of discard, Magus, Goyf, burn. Good tournament (light turnout though) with quality opponents, old friends, and pleasant interaction. Came up short with (2) losses to Ichorid (wtf? 3 of them, really? Should have factored them into the SB plan better >.<) but had a blast with Imperial Painter.

Very nice tourny, as always. I hope the legacy tournys continue under the new owner.

I played 5 rounds total (bye round 1, split into top 8 round 5, lose top 4)
Wierd pairings from the dci thing that does pairings, of those 5 rounds 4 were to people i play on a regular basis here in worcester, including my two loses to Eric (who i just noticed has a 100% games won breaker... dam man. Good luck in the top 2, if it aint over already)

We ended up splitting in the finals so I could finish trading. Thank you to Kevin for another great event. The competition was excellent, with 4 of my 5 swiss opponents making the Top 8. I'd like to give props to all my opponents, and note that both of my Top 8 matches were vs people I know from Over the Edge on Wednesdays. Playing in a competitive tournament setting every week really is the only way I know of to reach your potential.

Awesome tournament. I scrubbed out pretty badly, but was quite fun nevertheless. Very sad that this was your last tournament, Kevin.

My teammate DJ (Daniel) played a new deck our team created called Anal Beats the Cement Dildo (Anal Beats for short.) Working on a primer.
