I dont really know where to look it up but I saw it under this article:

What cards do you expect to see get banned/unbanned?
Maybe its Land Tax's time? Whos to say?
Let's try (for once - I know we can do it!) to limit the ridiculousness in this thread, and keep the conversation to intelligent speculation, and discussion when and if changes happen.
I believe in you.
There were some unbannings last time, and none of those cards proved ridiculous. And none of the watchlist cards have suddenly become nuttier. No change.
Nothings going to get unbanned for us.
They just unbanned 3 cards that barely see play.
I was stoked on entomb tho, thanks wotc.
I say unbanned skull clap tho.
I know its on its own power level but I like how it warps deck construction.
A direction I wouldn't mind legacy heading in.
They must have a couple cards in the "to be unbanned" queue, but I guess they'll wait a little more before other unbannings.
Still, I'd love to see Frantic Search and Land Tax unbanned soon.

I am currently not busy from work and looking up articles because I am bored.
I came across to this article about Land Tax:

Does his arguments sound plausable?
What bout unbanning Frantic Search?

I see no changes happening this time around. I think this will be the case for two reasons. We have a lot of toys to play with and just got back what could be 3 fairly interesting ones. We haven't really had a LOT of time to work on breaking them again. Due to us having a lot of toys to play with the 3 interesting ones, I feel that we won't get any new toys coming off of the list in December, but come the following one there may be some new old toys to play with.
Whenever I see a kid in a wheelchair it makes me a little sad. Because I always think, "Gee, they could have used those same wheels to make a bike for a regular kid. What a waste."
No way no how. This card is just ready to see far too much abuse. Sure, it's -1 card advantage, but in decks like Solidarity, it's essentially a Reset with card quality. That and I'm guessing Faerie Stompy would like to see this card. Out of all the cards they could potentially unban, I think this one just has too much potential to impact the format.

It's the time to unban Frantic Search. Solidarity needs more bombs and that would be good, can't see any other deck taking profit of it.
Although chances of something getting unbanned are higher than they were before the recent unbannings, I still think there won't be any changes. That doesn't mean I don't want changes though.

After unbanning 3 cards last time, and having nothing bad happen from it, I'm pretty sure that they will try unbanning a few more cards. Also, I believe they want to drum up more excitement for the format, given that there are 1000384356 major legacy tournaments scheduled for next year.
With two(!) Legacy GPs coming, I'd be surprised if there were any changes before at least the first of them goes down. Assuming nothing wacky gets released in the new sets, I'd say the list will stay the same to avoid the possibility for another GP:Flash debacle.
I say, no changes. But since they want to shorten the banlist i can see:
Gush
Frantic Search
Earthcraft
Illusionary Mask
Land Tax
Minds Desire
Tinker
are possible canidates
Got tired of Legacy and you like drafts? Try my Paupercube What?
The first thing that comes to mind is this: does Wizards feel that they NEED to change something? They could always change something just for the fun of change or because they don't want their "FoW vs. Ritual" or another "FoW vs. FoW" format.
That said, I don't suspect that they'll change anything. It costs money to delegate, and they spend that money elsewhere.
WHAT? No, just no.
which combo with those is faster/better as ANT/TES or Order/Prog or Painterservant?
