to the depths deck, i guess there is no reason to not play the turbo version if you want to win, i guess ? also more cards in the same language for style points
If I could I'd only play with Korean cards but unfortunately it is not always available 😉. My pimp process is: Korean > S-Chinese (because I prefer smaller characters) and of course: old frame >>>>> new frame. I'm not into foils neither. Some updates to my pet deck, so take it as it is.
My favorite cards are scribbled on with marker in a language I can't read. From this deck I especially like the Korean vertically signed Animate Dead, the mismatched signed Reanimates, the miscut Reanimate (look closely at the one on the left, it has a crooked front but a normal back), the miscut Underground Sea/ Wrath of God, the French signed Forces, Japanese Dazes, and signed in gold Chinese Brainstorms.

Believe me, S-Chinese cards in new frame are garbage, I myself only consider S-Chinese cards from urza's saga, portal and 5th edition as pimp.
