I lent this to a friend for a modern event last saturday. Need 3 more russian overseers but they've been impossible to find ... a few other small upgrades.

Just got back from LA, picked up the Tundra and the Taiga. Did the deal in an Italian restaurant near closing time. Classy, right?

I'll post the playset together tonight or something. Now just waiting on some more money since the deal for the Seas is from the same person :P

Picked up a bunch of Minagishi goblin tokens, like these foil ones:

Have most of the rare ones (except series 2), never knew tokens could get pricey -- the deck is coming together :)

So... I got a package in today.

    Cardboard was packaged around this.

    Out of the sleeves.

    What's the weird junk?

    The backs!

    The junk on the back.

Story behind these. A guy was going to frame all 10 beta duals, but instead of using any sleeves, he manned up and GLUED them to a piece of paper.

I wasn't in direct contact with him, but once he found out someone was interested in his masterpiece (me) He tried to take the duals off of the paper. ( I didn't want him to, I would have framed these beauties in my room). He used a different type of glue on the Tundra, that's why the backing tore off. It is also punctured ever so slightly. None-the-less, I'm happy to have these things in my possession. Don't know if I'm going to count the Taiga towards my 40. Massive pimp!

WTF... That was one expensive-ass craft-day project gone south.... It's amazing someone that stupid could actually acquire 10 beta duals in the first place.

Wasn't expensive when the game first came out, which is what he did. If this is your reaction to these, can't wait to show you my next, more extreme, pickups.

I had at least a dozen beta duals pass through me that were (poorly) corner cut to match alpha. I had another bunch of FBBs that had the color of mana they made written in black sharpie. Now that is a stupid owner. The mana symbols weren't enough.

[DO NOT TRY TO SELL IN HERE] Pimp Legacy Decks

I just bought this to complete my UWR delver deck, and it is also my first 'pimp' card, I'm not sure where to go from here, foils, miscut, or foreign but I like the start.
