The Tom Ross game was amazing in the end. He won with normal damage with an infect deck, so close too. That probe->pyroblast->hydroblast->pyroblast was also pretty amazing

This T8 is beautiful tbh, if not for the delvers shitters. Give back survival now plz.

I am convinced that WotC is "dumbing" the game because of all the stupid posts they come across on MTG-related forums

Blah...really hope Ross doesn't win. I get he's a heck of a player--I just can't respect anyone who plays Infect.

Can someone walk over to Matthias Hunt and slap him in the face? "Royce sure cheer for MUD to win over UWR Delver because he doesn't care for Wurmcoil!"

Seriously? Wurmcoil? Never heared of Chalice & Trinisphere?

Hunt is the stone worst. Thank God they're bringing Sullivan back for the semis ad finals.

Haha lol, just recognized Jonathan Anghelescu on 13th place. Pretty nice, he is a local player from Hannover, Germany. Also Tomas Vlcek on 11th place. The Europeans kicking some ass there.

Over the last 4 rounds of coverage we see Tom Ross 3 times?! Is this a GP coverage or a fucking Tom Ross fan-movie?

Did you listen to Patrick Sullivan before the match started?

That answers all questions. I wouldn't blame you if you had to mute it, though, I could only handle about 30 seconds of how Tom Ross is the best magic player in the world.

Sullivan also called his opponent the best Miracles player in the world, and Cedric has been gushing over Schonegger and his deck all afternoon. The praise is definitely not one-sided.

Ross is pretty much the only person who plays Infect and does well at bigger events with it, and he has been the best player on SCG's tournament circuit in 2014, so it's no surprise that they are featuring him.

I don't listen to the bullshit between rounds. Just music so i can concentrate in what happens and how I would play hands

Well, both players played in one fo the largest GPs in Magic history, with over 4,100 players. I'd say that calls for some praise. And Tom Ross is the best aggro player around at the moment.
