The power level of this set is in-sane, and not in the membrane (<3erlich bachman)
I previously said karn is the best card in the set. Well, i think im gonna have to take my words back real soon.
This set is full of bombs at every rarity.
I feel like Nissa, Who Shakes the World might be a sleeper in standard. At €1.90, a rare planeswalker that costs 5CC but virtually costs 3CC like Teferi, but also attacks AND defends itself at the same time, and has an ultimate that will win you the game on the spot usually looks very powerful for a format like standard.
You can put it into the graveyard along with Devoted Druid and have a Noxious Ooze in play. If Ooze had haste, that might actually be playable.
Anger?
Still doesn't seem better than other options.
Oath of Kaya seems bonkers to me. It's a BW lightning helix that ALSO punishes attackers? It's basically a 10 point swing no matter what.
If only Oath of Kaya + Aminatou, the Fateshifter was legal in modern.
Soul Diviner should work pretty well with Aether Vial - both are cheap, Vial is good on its own and it can generate excess counters to feed to the Diviner. A deck like this doesn't exist yet, but considering Bahra made a new Esperblade deck with Vial recently, a deck like that might pop up sooner or later.
This is pretty niche but the new Huatli seems great in Life.dec as you can not only gain infinite life but attack as well. Toss in the new GSZ to replace some number of Eladamri's Call, not sure if it's better yet (sorcery vs. instant, if you're running Vial/Cavern, or perhaps Chord is better, etc.) but it's an option.

Ooh, nice one! I was thinking greater gargadon, but i'm not sure it works on suspended cards.
Edit: this references Soul Diviner, just for posterity
