The purpose of any moat is to impede attack. Some are filled with water, some with thistles. Some are filled with things best left unseen.
Right I agree. I mean, it's not like the dude couldn't afford regular CoTs nor is it possible to tell the foils from non-foil since they're the same size and feel anyway (provided much of the rest of the deck is foil).

IDK about ALOT, but foil city of traitors sold on ebay for 3050 here probably at a premium because of the seller. This is a much more realistic price. It's much less than I would have thought but its the only market price we have.

why cards are so expensive...hoarders
Hi guys, i'm pretty new posting on the forum, but i'm following you from quite a bit.
Just wanted to share the progression of my legacy 4c Control.
I'm waiting for a lot of upgrades and signatures but i hope that's still pretty sharable, even at this point
Thanks!

First post is him showing off his PIMP. I think I might like this guy.
Hah, excuse me. :-) BTW: I do really love the art on the FNM Path to Exiles, more so than Rebecca Guay. The combination of an alternate art + a foreign language is rather difficult for me, I judge call those cards every time to verify them.
Pimping used to be easy. It used to be "go with the oldest existing foil or black bordered version unless P3K or 7th foil". You can still not go wrong with that, but wizards has made it so difficult with their own printing inconsistencies. I wish they just stuck to one or two ways. Now we have various layouts to consider, alternate arts, different foiling techniques, stamps and no stamps, the sword of X Y dilemma/modern masters dilemma, shooting stars and no shooting stars, it's driving me nuts.
